Led by Céline Erlam, Indie & Co is a London based interior design studio working across residential and commercial design.

We believe in a collaborative approach to each project - working closely with our clients to ensure the finished product is a blend of our own design and aesthetic values, as well as allowing the personality of the client to shine through. 

Committed to minimising our impact on the environment, we design timeless and lasting spaces, using sustainable, reclaimed or vintage materials and furniture wherever possible.

    Founder & Director

    Founder of Indie & Co, Céline, is an interior designer with an instinctive sense for beauty, aesthetics and authenticity. Drawing on her experience working with some of the most talented furniture designers and craftspeople, she has a real dedication to craft and process, executed with tireless refinement.

    Céline’s key strengths lie in her extensive knowledge of materials, furniture, textiles and trends and her ability to transform a space. Passionate about the environment and the impact our choices have, Céline, aims to design sustainably and simply through the appreciation of local makers and new technologies.

  • Sophie Walker

    Senior Architectural Designer

    Sophie started at Indie & Co as a part II architectural assistant. Having studied architecture and having worked for several top London architectural firms, she brings a wealth of architectural knowledge and perspective to the studio.

    Sophie has an excellent eye for detail and spatial design and an instinctual feel for materials, aesthetics and colour, communicated beautifully in her drawings and design work. She has now chosen to move away from architecture and into interior design. Sophie brings a real sense of calm, thoughtfulness and diligence to the studio.

  • Lea Berkhman

    Junior Interior Designer

    Léa is our junior interior designer who started at Indie & Co in early 2020. Having decided to move away from her previous career in TV production and follow her passion for interior design.

    She is heavily involved in all aspects of the studio's projects and has an apparent natural flair for interior design, including an excellent eye for colour, FF&E and styling. Léa has been an excellent addition to our team and brings with her an infectious enthusiasm and eagerness to learn, as well as enviable organisational and research skills.
